We will always do our best to deliver the items you have selected. In the event an item becomes unavailable we will contact you prior to your delivery and offer you a comparable item.
No, we can not guarantee everything or anything will be brand new. What we can guarantee is that all items will be in like new condition.
We accept all forms of payment including, cash, credit cards and checks. We can also set up to have your credit card charged at the start of each month so you don’t have to worry about remembering to make the payment.
No. We understand that situations change. Your lease with us will continue until you call us and provide us with a minimum 15 days notice to come and pick up your furniture. The day the furniture is picked up then becomes the last day of your rental commitment.
Our minimum commitment is for 90 days.
Yes, as long as you fill out our key release policy we can enter your home and have all furniture set up for your arrival.
Yes, Empire Furniture Rental offers housewares packages complete with items for your kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. (Click through).
No, for simplicity sake we created some groupings from our most asked for furniture items. We can pick and choose pieces individually or by room. You can add pieces or subtract pieces, add some accent items as well.
When you rent furniture from Empire Furniture Rental, you are signing a contract and you are responsible to fulfill the length of the contract.
Yes, we have a minimum rental of 90 days, the longer commitment you make the larger discount we can provide.
Yes, we charge a security deposit equal to 1 months rent. Security deposits cover any damage beyond normal wear and tear and cannot be used to pay your last month’s rent. After the completion of your lease, your security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of having your furniture picked up.
No, we do not charge for the credit check.
The process is very simple. Select the package that suits your needs or call us and lets work together to customize a package just for you. Then complete our credit application, provide proof of identification, sign your lease and pay your first month’s rent plus your delivery / install / pick up fee. At Empire we will then deliver your furniture to your address within 48 hours.
